A Universal Human Rights and Constitutional Question on Stem Cell Harvesting from the Newborn Child after umbilical cord clamping - the child is deprived of blood nutrients, enzymes and hormones." by Donna Young, Mother and Grandmother,  Revised September 16, 2003 ( www.lotusbirth.com/doc/FEB2003Lotusbirth-451.htm )

Stem Cells and research of the blood properties may be behind the obvious weakness of the offspring today, with millions of humans, starting at birth, weakened, and likely harvested and manipulated to hardships that would not be there, except for unethical interventions of natural birth and education for natural birth, denied most women, planning a family today, in all countries.

The unethical and likely criminal harvesting of the placenta blood from the neonate, the newborn baby, and the likely weaknesses, that are internal that have resulted from voluntarily deprivation of blood as a common trend by many of the current medical doctors, midwives and registered nurses involved in maternity matters. Their training is controlled by the Universities, but, apparently approved by the Colleges governing the midwives or the physicians.

An example of the duties of a College, for example, The College of Midwives of Ontario (CMO), are, to quote:

"The CMO is the governing body of midwifery, with responsibility for overseeing the standards and practice of the profession in the public interest.  The Colleges' legislated role is to:  develop, establish and maintain standards of qualification for registered midwives; regulate the practice of the profession of midwifery and to govern the members in accordance with legislation and regulations; develop, establish and maintain programmes and standards of practice to assure the quality of, safety of, and access to midwifery; develop, establish and maintain standards of professional ethics for the members; develop, establish and maintain programmes to assist midwifery clients to exercise their rights to protection, accountability and quality care.  The College operates under principles of accountability, responsiveness, and accessibility.  At the core of all college activity is the principle of serving and protecting the public."  To name just a few of their duties and obligations, which include upholding Rule of Law and no form of discrimination to women and the child, as to ratification of Universal Human Rights Declaration by Canada's participation of equity and fairness and duty to all persons, regardless of age, sex, color, race, marital status, or by mental or physical disadvantage."

An example of possible failure to properly educate the midwives in Ontarior, is on the issue that I would think a woman who has just given birth and who was told in a surprise attack that she is feared to bleed and the cure for the fear is immediate cord clamping of the child's umbilical cord, had been taken advantaged of.  This by the fact of such fears of a possible situation were never discussed when the midwife may determine a clamping of the cord was a cure for any believed situation.  The truth is only if the cord tore or for placenta previa should a child's lifeline be clamped.  Medical persons are likely told to avoid criminal prosecution they must find a possible reason for either the benefit of the mother or the child to interrupt the child's lifeline, thus, to cause placenta blood to be trapped their by a clamp.  In both cases, this reason and alleged cure, endangered, both the mother and the child.

Such reasons were used by another female medical person, a Doctor but in the States, in Florida.  This causes me to think some organization of female discussions groups are putting probable reasons to clamp the cord, but are not acutall standards of care, and should be questioned before a proper civil or probable criminal court judge.

to excuse early umbilical cord clamping of which the children so victimized were threatened to their quality of life, and these two victimized children, as well as their mothers then subjected to rH factors of injections or fear of the need of them, showed weaknesses.  Both children were weak in their nursing, and one indicated justice alsmost immediately.

One mother was taking the protective injections for the Rh factor.  This was due to the risk of any of the two bloods being mixed by the placenta leakage, mixing both the mother's blood and the child's blood together.  These female medical persons were chance taking of a full placenta being caused to rupture by early umbilical cord clamping.  This results in the blood pushed forward and backward, as if you squeezed a hose with both ends open.  The risk was to the child as to blood pressure pushed to endanger the rupture of tiny valves in the vein of the child's blood vessels and also in the heart valves.  The children would both be weaker by the deprivation of volume of blood and pressure, which is logical and could have been measured by the drainage of the placenta, which is not done in the present of any child's witnesses and this failure to check the amount of blood in the placenta with a unbiased witness is intentional destroying of evidence of a wrongful medical practice and reason of hasty umbilical cord clamping.  The organization of the medical socities and the hospitals are allolwing this, rather than dismissing from their services both medical persons, the doctor and the nurse from allowing them to use the hospitals premises for questionable care and treatment to any birthing mother.  Other midwives were present in the Ontario birth, and they too, for failure to report to the Registrar of Midwives what they had witnessed and the excuse given should lead to a dismissal of services, if the public is to have trust in the midwives as a come back to care in childbirth services again.  They must be above unethical practices, even if the doctors may have deceived the public for so long on this issue, the two wrongs of both sexes, do not make a right.

We are finding that it is most difficult to get answers from the medical institutes who are training the doctors, and the only way to make them accountable is to do a Constitution Question on medical practices to get it before the courts, when all medical experts have made policies to block questions of any member of the public, at large.  They have blocked third party inquiries, and this is true of the city police, not acting to do an unbiased investigation when they have an informant, and probable cause of medical criminal malpractice and endangering of both the mother and the child by questionable reasons that are not true standard of care or training, and if they were, to be checked out as to who is directing fears outside of substantiated fact of cause of interrupting a functioning organ, and the circulation system, the pulsating umbilical cord transfusing ownership of blood to the infant/owner, to now expanding lungs.

Motives, for false or withheld information may be to the exploitation of the women, to have a child, that will be harvested for the placenta blood and the placenta, to be used in a business adventure of transplants and medical research, involving, the child's property of blood, deprived in volume and pressure, at birth. Yet, was made by natural design for the child's best interest, and none other.  The Rules of society, were to protect all, regardless of age, or mental or physical disadvantages and this is not happening in the training of the medical societies of today, or their organization involving both public and private medical institutions, who can clean from the bodies of dead babies, cells, and from the living babies, whose parents are none the wiser, of the deception of our leaders, organized in stocks or could be, in medical services, that all persons, need, eventually. But medical services, in natural birth, are not necessary, as evident of natural births of healthy offspring of animals who birthed far from man's interventions, if they can.

The Governments and the Medical Persons Have No Good Excuse To Do Unnecessary Medical Procedures To The Pregnant Women and Her Children and / or To Do Questionable Deleterious Medical Care and Treatment to Either of Them.

All Medical Care and Science Research Requires Protection and Respect to "All" Human Beings, Equally. The babies are being harvested at birth, and no Administration Board of the Hospitals I have contacted have denied this.  The babies are being wrongfully deprived essential nutrients and hormones found unique for their own well being.  And, no one, not even the parents, ought to be allowing any child not to be equally protected for security of person.  That is a Charter of Rights and Freedom allowance in Canada, for no discrimination by age, sex, color, or mental or physical disadvantaged.   This is also a Universal duty accepted by all democratic nations who have ratified Rights of the Child and the Human Rights Declaration, as far back as December 10, 1948.

The topic of Umbilical Cord Clamping and Stem Cells, was put into the Google data base, below in  Title in Red, Google Search , for your advancing to this topic. Included with this article, following the search, is some information on hormones that may not be sufficient if the internal glands of the infant are compromised by insufficiency of blood and oxygen reaching them.  The long-term internal damage to any child are being risked, unnecessarily, by up 50 percent total blood volume deprived the child, by the medical persons imposing, at their discretion immediate and early umbilical cord clamping. The parents are not educated to stop the clamping, it is only cosmetic and does not need to be done at all.  The deprivation of substances deprived the child, by what is trapped in the placenta can include:  salt, proteins, glucose, and fats, proteins, hormones, enzymes, and the blood properties of white cells, red cells, plasma, and the other nutrients of vitamins and minerals, and blood clotting factors, the platelets and serotonin.

The serum proteins contain antibodies that the body needs to fight certain diseases and even the toxins (poisons) injected into the mother's body, while giving birth.  The toxins can be the ingredients or trace element in the drugs giver her.  All drugs cross the placenta, and some instantly.

We have too many sick children (155,000 annually visit the Children's hospital in Vancouver, BC, for one example).  They have mysterious illnesses, or are getting assessments for learning or behavior problems.  An investigation for common cause as early clamping, drugging at birth, false birth positions, and vaccinations when the child is anemic are long over due for an official Commissioned Inquiry as to probable common factors that the disorders are iatrogenic (medically caused). The cost to care for an autistic child is $60,000 annually, per child, many are still not helped to live independently, the figure then being $4 Million to $8 Million for the life of the child.

The results of the Google Search, has revealed sufficient warnings that ought to be an implied duty for all adults, including the child's parents, to protect the child.  Their search reveals for you to visit those private companies seeking the infant's placenta blood.  While they do not direct the policies for early umbilical cord clamping, those that made such policies, may have had shares in cord stem cell blood banks, and this undisclosed conflict of interest, and sitting on blood banks, world wide, may be a factor of false medical practices and training of the doctors, at this time.

Other:  This New York Stem Cell Blood bank, is a wonderful and marvelous story, but will we actually know if it is true, and not a form of advertisement to encourage mothers to scrifice their baby's to donate their own baby's blood by early clamping of the umbilical cord.  I am a doubting Thomas whether Type O blood can actually be changed into Type B blood, by a few four to 6 ounces of stem cells?

Boys blood turns into Type B from Type O

Hormones can be deprived the child, at birth, in sufficient quantities even to stem normal appetites.  Hormones are found in the blood, and would be normally in the placenta blood supply that is intended by natural design to be transfused during and after birth for the needs of the child.  Each hormone and enzyme created specifically for the needs of the owner/infant, and none other. These hormones, some yet unknown, may be produced in the brain, and some produced in the stomach.  There increase or decrease may depend on the natural delay of not clamping the infant umbilical cord causing an interruption of the circulation system of natural nutrients in the blood stream, plus the oxygen.

It is apparent that some persons, from birth have a weight problem.  This is not seen as being caused to any parasite, such as a type worm.  The lack of a hormone or the excess of it, causes a person to eat and eat.  This is by too much of the hormone now identified as Ghrelin, the Constant Hunger Hormone.  Experiments on mice reveal the mice eat and eat, and the persons with a weight problem have been found to have an excess of this hormone Ghrelin.  I wonder if they would be found to be short of the content hormone Serotonin, that may be linked to satisfied appetite.  Those with too much Ghrelin literally eat themselves to death, many developing a diabetic condition.  These persons may be said of them, that they live to eat, rather than to eat to live:

OATHS - TO THEY HAVE MEANING TODAY?

There is an universal implied duty of all those who have taken Oaths, particularly of government officials and/or our elected officials. Their oaths, and even the police's Oaths, require a duty to uphold equal protection to all, and no discrimination to women in any form. It would not be equity and fairness of any career women to allow a women, not of her professional status to be considered less important and to be, thus, exploited in child birth.

This is a required duty to democratic Nation's Federal Government's who have signed and ratified all Declarations and in the recognition of medical research, to respect all persons, regardless of age, race, color, sex, social status (marital status) or mental or physical disadvantages. Therefore, all levels of governments, world wide, have at this date, not provided this equal protection to the women giving birth.

In most instances, the woman has been kept from having informed means to make a decision. This is once the mother has gone into some medical institution, or a birth center, or has had a licensed medical person come into her home. My research has revealed the birth mother is not properly educated of the facts what is known, and from the beginning of time, to be best practice possible in the care of the child's lifeline, the umbilical cord. This is for premature babies and for c-section babies, and for full term, c-section or vaginal births.

Mothers need a signed birth contract to protect her babies because many of the medical persons are very militant and will not be advised of the child's rights or the right of the legal guardian to protect their baby from risk of harm or exploitation of being harvested for the cause of science and research.

All fact of natural birth information and in truth provided for her to make an informed decision on her care and her child's, has not been equally given to her as a woman, giving birth. This then is a form of discrimination to the woman as to her sex, the only one who can give birth. These two specific groups, the birthing mother and the newborn child, have not had equal protection or security of persons, in all cases. This is a world wide problem, and must be dealt with in each Nation's courts, the lower governments subject to the Federal Declarations and Statutory Laws, Rule of Law, and by Supremacy of God, that governs all.

The Supremacy of God does not direct the sacrificing of our baby's blood, but the duty to protect the child. The sacrificing of the baby's blood that others can prosper is the worship or the revival of the worship of Baal, an ancient custom to sacrifice the child for prosperity. The women who did things like that, knowingly to their babies, were called Jezebels.
