Also mentioned, in this article is the research of James B. Sumner who
crystallized the first enzyme, this led to John
Howard Northrop to crystallize other important enzymes, and for Wendell Meredth Stanley to
have crystallized the first virus.
The three men shared the 1946 Nobel prize in chemistry. I mention also the philosophy of an "economist," William Graham
Sumner, (1840-1910), who believed in
social Darwinism
, as the ruling factor of the human race.

This "hasty clamping trend", now common at 30-second clamping, is
a trend that apparently comes and goes without the
public being made aware of the risks. This "trend statement" was told to me, personally,
by Dr. Van Andel, Registrar of the
College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia.
Van Andel would not go public and tell the future mothers to be, how they could protect their babies from such risk taking, of this trend. Nor to provide a letter to all memberships at the College, that all doctors and other medical persons, trained by the same policies, like midwives and ambulance medics, in B.C. had to sign a birth contract not to harm babies by hasty clamping off their lifelines.
This would be for all babies, c-section and premature babies too. Even
c-section babies can be removed still attached to
their placenta and cord, as a sealed unit. This is as to a fact of research prior to 1981. No
need to have mothers birth on their
backs or in semi-sitting birth positions, another fact long known since and prior to 1913. And
full delayed clamping known since
1801, and no need to take the cord or placenta off at all, known since the beginning of time, and no
harm done, confirmed by the
World Health Organization. So there, is no good excuse why doctors coming to or being trained
in BC, or any Province are not
being properly trained on duty of care and no harm done during child birth care and services.
WILL THE COURTS, BY COMMISSIONED INQUIRIES OR INDIVIDUAL COMPLAINTS, LOOK AT MOTIVES FOR
TRENDS ON RESEARCH?
The trends go, logically, as to science and research, or wars and the need of more blood, so accidents, or disasters can bring on the need of more blood wanted by the medical persons. Whatever the reason for early clamping, this trend is currently being taught to most new medical students, today, even to the ambulance medics who cannot provide a back up of care and treatment to a child that goes limp and suffocates to death for lack of oxygenated blood volume and pressure. Whatever the motives, the duty is to protect the child and not harvest babies. That was likely the cause of death of such a child, born in October 2000, in my home town, and died in this emergency birth, and the Coroners none the wiser to investigate the timing of the clamping of the umbilical cord. And if the baby was harvested. The past best practice possible was leave the cord alone, until all pulsation had ceased. This meant keeping the child warm at birth, and the mother too, until this part of the baby's birth was finished, likely the placenta born, too, if things are done decently and in order.
FALSE POLICIES NOT STOPPED BY THE COLLEGE OF PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS, MIDWIVES AND NURSES:
And, from what I see of my own investigative research, there are many false reasons these medical persons do not question their medical leaders or teachers of this teaching trend. Policy #216, November 1995, now retired of ACOG; and currently in Canada, Policy #71, December 1998 and Policy #89, May 200, of SOGC. (American & Canadian Obstetricians and Gynecologists) Why is not Common Nuisance criminal charges taken against those most responsible for endangering any child by directing a harmful practice, and on those that actually followed the false policy, and did not report it as endangering to a baby? Doctors only report on parents endangering to their children, but not on those of their kind, eh?
I question if the doctors and surgeons are being trained correctly to ethics,
duty and the law, and obligations to do no harm or
unnecessary risk taking and also the midwives, doulas, birth educators, ambulance medic, and the lab
technicians who are
receiving the stem cell blood, and the blood banks, as well.
Stem Cell Blood and Registration to take a baby's placenta blood: Even the researchers, according to my most recent
research, August 2003, involved at stem cell blood banks are not adequately trained on this issue. They
allege they were told it is
not harmful to the babies, they feel no pain. The babies are weaker, and many do scream in pain
when the oxygen and blood is
deprived their organs, and many go limp and must be revived, or else they die of shock. (See case-law,
Chow, Ontario, Canada).
Such stem cell blood banks are accepting the placenta and placenta blood of
which they have been given, in many cases,
Federal and Provincial Grant Money, from the taxpayers. No questions have been raised on the care
and treatment and duty of
security of person to the child, world wide, from any politician, or leader of a Nation. Why not? In some cases, the blood may be
regarded as waste blood, and they received the placenta and the placenta blood without actual informed
consent of the parents.
This is a violation, a civil tort, involving the child, and likely criminal
battery. Such matters the parents did not give informed
consent to have their baby weakened. Most did not agree to do any risk taking to allow the
risk of future disorders concealed in
the fact of latent disorders are not noticed at birth. Latent disorders are known to follow most
early cord clamping. They become
evident in learning and behavior disorders and development and ease to learn. While the child
is weakened, more complications
of more brain cells injured are by early vaccinations, many done on the same day of birth, or injections
of Vit K, or Heb B,
commonly imposed on the child, and risked to a virus entry when samples of blood are removed for testings
of pH and PKU.
PKU, does not need to be tested by a blood sample. That is just likely more convenient then taking
a sample of the urine.
This is what this health book states on Phenylketonuria, PKU: Harold
Shryock, You and Your Health, Vol. 3, , p.66 1985.
"PKU is caused by a lack of an enzyme necessary to the proper synthesis of tyrosine (one of the amino acids). As a result of this metabolic defect, phenylalaine (a precursor of tyrosine) accumulates in the body's tissues and fluids and is excreted by way of the urine. From the standpoint of our present consideration of nervous disorders the importance of phenylketonuria is that children no treated really in life will display awkward gait, tremors, continuos purposeless movement of the hands, and mental retardation. Epileptic seizures occur in about one fourth of these cases. If the infant is placed on a special diet at once--a diet which contains only a minimum of phenylalinine--he may not develop mental deficiency or other neurological manifestations. The only way to detect this ailment is to make tests of the urine."

P. 334, World Book, 1979, Vol M, states the metabolic defect results from a pair of recessive genes, and the diet must be controlled. No book on this subject I have found state the diet is. It is, however, to be controlled by the doctor.
P2259, WBD, Vol L-Z, tyrosine is a white crystal amino acid produced by the hydrolysis of a number of proteins, such as casein. If is a constutent of cheese.

They contain the radicals --NH2 and COOH. There are eight or 10 amino acids regarded as essential to nutrition because they are the building blocks of the proteins which make up the buulk of teh cells of the human body (Wall Street Jounral).
ACID, p 24, Vol, A, World Book. Acid is the name of a group of organic or inorganic chemical compounds with common characteristics. When dissolved in water, acids have a sour taste. They neutralize bases nd change indicators to distinctive colors. Acids change blue litmus to red. Acids react with some metals by liberating hydrogen gas.
Acids are more broadly defined as any chemical substance that can "combine" with hydroxyl ion, -OH (the ions found in most bases). Thus, an acid can be considered a "proton donor."
The fatty acids can be obtained from fats and oils. Many acids are harmless and may be taken into the body.
Some acids:
Oxalic acid found in rhubarb leaves. This is a poisonous acid
carbolic acid (phenol) this is a poisonous acid
Benzoic acid is found in cranberries.
Healthy Acids are:
Citric Acid found in oranges and lemons
Tartic acid found in grapes,
Malic Acid found in apples
Acetic Acid found in vinegar.
Gallic Acid is used in dyes
Tannic Acid obtained from galls of oaks and from certain other plants, it is used in medicine, and in tanning dyeing and making ink, is a vegetable acid.
The amino acids are a group of acids that contain nitrogen. They may be derived from the breaking down of proteins. Several are essential for to life in human beings.
Nitrogen is a gas without color, taste, or odor, that forms about four-fifths of the air by volume. It is essential for all animal tissues. It is one of the most important chemical elements and is need for the growth of all plants.

Such medical birth interventions, called state of the art medical care, on children,
were not done, years ago, prior to the
1920's. Our grandmothers, in Canada and the States had undrugged home births, and warm water births,
too. There was
freedom to eat, and to drink nourishing teas and herbs, to move around, and to birth when the convenience
was to the baby, and
not to the doctor and a busy medical staff.
There was no rush to manage the third stage of labor. The placenta, the after
birth, came on its own, after all pulsation of the
cord ceased. The birth of the child allowed for the completion of the birth, naturally, and for
the allowance of the blood transfusion.
All was simple and completed in a warm birth room. All that was essential was that the baby
and mother both were kept warm,
and the placenta too, when born.
In Eskimo births, no drugs were used to expel the placenta. The
mother, or she had friend, put a finger down her throat. The
mother coughed, and the placenta came. It is not known for an Eskimo's natural birth, if they,
too, in the past, left the placenta with
the child, originally, and if they now have changed to Western Societies risk taking of tying off a
pulsating cord. It is sad, if true,
for Eskimo babies will be weakened, too, and by race, and by sex, a likely factor.
MORE DISEASE AND DISTRESS AND DISORDERS AND DEATHS OF BABIES TODAY: USA ranks 28th in infant mortalities.
We did not have the problematic children of diseases and cancers, that we have today. Millions of babies are on drugs, and treatments, and the information is largely concealed to the parents. suits of millions of dollars per child are evident. Class Actions for about $4 million per child have been taken for autistic children alone, which is about $60,000 annually, for the life of the child.
Also, as to chemical drug treatment, many children, with cancers, were made sterile by cancer treatments. This often not a side effect told the parents or their options of other less endangering care. Many children's nervous system upset by use of Ritalin and other drugs, all experimenting on children who are depressed, or can't sit still, or concentrate.
The conditions are probable cause by the now present by low blood volume and
pressure, caused by hasty cord clamping as
the doctor turned over the placenta to the Hospital's care for burning or use as they saw fit. It is
not known if the doctors received
compensation for organs sent to the labs and for blood extraction from the full placentas. More
risk are to giving the child blood
from another source. The costs of looking after a compromised child means the cost of medical
care goes up, as well and
education costs, and costs to society, on the whole, for the children who cannot earn adequate incomes,
lacking skills and work
abilities.
Criminal Assault and Battery done to the child by unnecessary hasty clamping:
It has been, in my opinion, this is a matter of criminal assault and battery done to the child. It was unnecessary and without a "good" cause imposed on the child. Most doctors and nurses try to attribute a reason to justify hasty clamping. Most of the reasons are concealing of motives of taking the deprived blood trapped in the placenta. The nurses are either a witness, to be called to court, or they are an accomplice. The nurses may be working in agreement for salary and fear their jobs if they make waves. So, being employed by the hospital, not the doctor, they choose to say nothing, or are in the possible eyes of the law, co-conspirators.
If this be found true, and this hasty clamping and harvesting babies is a criminal
matter, the nurses and midwives, and other
medical persons may then be accessories "after the fact" for failing to report, and
for concealment of evidence, or the
destroying of it. What is known is the nurses, around the world, are failing to record their observations
of what the doctor did in
care and treatment to the child, after or during birth. This is specifically, on the subject of the
timing of the clamping of the cord,
and the time clamped, and portion of the child born, when clamped. It is the clamp that does
the stopping of the circulation
system.
Or, in some, cases, the doctors have been hand-squeezing the cord shut, alleging
they did not even bring a clamp into the
room, as they laugh amongst themselves. In one such case of a trusting native lady, who ordered
her baby was not to be
clamped at all, then found out a week later, her baby had a heart murmur. Likely a damaged heart
valve, by release and let go.
Some doctors are militant and mean if women ask, them not do something, and they know there are no witnesses
in favor of the
mother and child, present.
In this case, the mother birthed when no mirrors were put up. She was
all alone, as are many births. She was placed flat on
her back, helpless to aid her baby. She did not know of the deceit going on, by hand-squeezing.
Her baby will not be able to be
the athlete she was, she enjoyed running. Babies who have the heart of the athlete, have dropped
dead of such holes in the
heart, and their endurance is of short duration...damages at birth...by interference of steady blood
volume and pressure to the
child's expanding lungs, needing all the blood the baby made for his/her own needs. The
cutting of the umbilical cord could take
all day...it is not a subject of concern..the clamping or the hand-squeezing or tying off the cord,
is the harmful and criminal medical
practice imposed on many babies, of unsuspecting adults, of all races.
In circumstances, where the child has died, after late revival of a hasty clamped
cord, it is not of natural causes, but a
homicide, when drugs and hasty clamping are known factors of the child's demise.
Many such deaths of babies, born in hospitals or to midwives, in home births,
have had no proper investigation for probable
medical malpractice. The coroner was not doing his/her duty not to be biased, favoring the medical
professionals to be
questioned in their investigations of an infant's death. This is whether in a hospital or not. They did not investigate the
unnecessary early clamping of the cord, not trained on this issue of medical negligence. The oxygen
given a compromised child
attempted to be revived is not always sufficient to overcome low blood volume and pressure. The
child can die of shock.
Shock by blood loss is well known to all medical persons, or ought to be. Many
babies are continued to be blood-let, every 2nd
and 3rd day, following hasty clamping, particularly, premature babies. See

The death of premature babies by hasty clamping and blood letting, which is
taking more stem cells as they are made by
extracting 10 to 15 percent total blood volume of an already impaired child, is done by many ill-informed
students, following
orders of the lab and administration of the hospital board, and the chief of maternity and chief of
staff. Most medical persons are
not taking oaths to do no harm. They are bound, however, like all persons to Rule of Law and
the Criminal Code.
Many medical persons allege they are not informed of the fetal to neonate circulation system, not clearly stated in most biology textbooks, in chemistry textbooks, or in current training. Who then are guiding the biology teachers of that false information, or are the biology teachers, who do not delivery babies, guiding false teaching?
Logic implies that duty not to harm or risk harm to the child. Any child
being endangered by any person, including medical
policies and procedures unsafe to the child, and knowingly and can seen to be unsafe. It is a
duty to report such risk taking when
intended to be done by policy, and/or seen to have been carried out, by a policy. Doctors are
lying about hasty clamping on
multiple births. There is no need to clamp any child for any reasons, unless, for the reasons,
as stated.
CASE LAWS OF COMPROMISED CHILDREN BY CARE AND TREATMENT DURING AND AFTER BIRTH:
Evidence of surviving babies, as they were revived, are the Chow and Ing case-laws. Both of Ontario Canada, handled by Roth and Sommers. I have posted my concerns at this web site. In these two cases of impaired children, there were millions of dollars in civil tort of medical damage to the children. But, that did not stop hasty clamping or mid-forceps. Why not? In the Chow-case-law, the baby's placenta blood totally disappeared. Yet, the patient's doctor was working on the mother for the third stage labor, the expelling of the placenta, as the other doctor worked on the struggling child with oxygen only.
The placenta blood, by research available on the net, states the blood can be
drained in 7-minutes, if kept warm by the
placenta yet in the birth canal. Otherwise, the placenta blood, if drained from a cold placenta, one
expelled, takes 20 minutes,
and the quantity may not be as great.
In the case-law of the Chow boy, 7-minutes was the amount of time this doctor
was busy with the placenta. This he was putting
as a priority, while the child struggled to live, was limp and gasping. The child, as to reasons
of hasty clamping for a cord around
the neck, was obvious to have had insufficient blood volume and pressure. Thus, oxygen, alone, would
not be able to keep the
child alive. That is just common logic, on such known matters.
Later, much later, the child was given blood or blood substitutes, Ringer's
Lactate. The use of man-made blood substitutes
may add to the problem of not using whole blood used in revived of babies, who are often only being
given cheaper fluids, after
their whole blood went to another cause, but not for the baby's own use and benefit from their own blood. This is very sad.
This artificial blood would water down the blood that was in the baby's body,
at birth. Little oxygen then would be carried to the
key organ, the brain, as to insufficient of iron now distributed weakly, and not well used, mostly likely,
in synthetic blood, as I see it.
Prior to other fluids used, and cheaper in value of whole blood, the baby would have insufficient strength
to circulate the blood to
the brain and other vital nervous system nerve cells. Nerve cells and brain cells, once destroyed,
are not replaced, so I am told.
The child will develop new brain cells, until the age of two. Then, I have read, the brain cells
just get bigger. However, persons,
who have researched with oxygen, state dead cells in the brain can be revived. It is not known
if that is true for nerve cells,
damaged or scarred. (WB, Volume B, Brain, 1979).
This low blood volume and pressure was indicated in the reading of the Ing-case-law. It is assumed in the reading between the lines of the Chow-case-law, and this child's placenta blood just disappeared. No investigation of policies of where the placentas go or the blood in them, or the nurses was done by the police of Ontario. Why not?
BREACH OF TRUST AND VIOLATION OF CHURCH AND STATE:
Most Jehovah's Witnesses' babies would be at risk to not receiving
whole blood, if Ringer's Lactate is used, after unnecessary
threat of their babies, imposed on by hasty clamping. The mothers, are not informed of the trend
to take the detached placenta
and the blood trapped in it are also risked to breach of their faith by their baby's blood taken without
informed consent. They are
not told discarding of the placenta and the blood means the Hospital Administration board has approved
discarded organs to be
their property to do as they will with it. Many persons sign a form to discard the placenta, not
knowing discarding does not
necessary mean burning.
Therefore, the placenta and the trapped blood becomes State/Provincial/and Territorial
property, in all Nations. Of course,
this is a constitutional violation, but who cares? We are all busy making profits to concern ourselves,
on such matters,
particularly, if the child and mother live. They may not be healthy persons, after active management,
but they did leave the
hospital alive, that is all that counts, in the minds of some. Mostly the business man thinks
like this, with no conscience or duty to
those he had a duty to share in the protection of equal protection and equal security to all persons,
women and children, included.
We will see if there may be any written articles on this early clamping issue
and of the harvesting babies, including all babies,
and those of JW's included, for stem cells for research. All placenta blood is being used in public
stem cell blood bank banks,
and in blood banks, around the world. Blood and science and medicine, it is such a worthy cause,
do we or must we investigate
it, for informed consent, always a factor in medical care and treatments? Informed consent
is knowing what may cause the child's
cord to be in need of early clamping for the child's best interest. Many medical persons attempted to
use a fear of the mother's
health to jeopardize the child's, and needless, risking both harm by hasty clamping.
The portion of some JW's belief, if still taken seriously, and others not JW's
but on rights of the individual's to give informed
consent, is found in Acts 15. The JW's, like most other women are NOT told no detachment of the
cord or clamping need be
done, ever. It is merely done for cosmetic removal of the cord from the placenta. The benefits
are deprived the child, if hasty
clamping was imposed on a pulsating cord. They do not believe, the ones with firm
belief in Acts 15, to give blood or receive it.
There is no official statement from the JW's if they have gone democratic, and Act 15, is a situational
choice, and one can donate
their baby's placenta blood to another's need for blood.
Would this not contradict their position and belief, to give blood for others,
and not receive it, themselves. If they have not
known of the deception, they have not sinned, personally. But still, a breach of fiduciary trust has
been imposed on the JW by not
being informed their baby's placenta and blood trapped in it was not burned. But the blood was
used in stem cell blood banks in
transplants. This is a deceit and concealment of such matters.
Hasty clamping on the child's lifeline has been, in most instances, a secret
internal debate among the medical professionals,
since 1801, when Dr. Erasmus Darwin, the champion and grandfather of Charles, on the survival of the
fittest theory, evolution.
Through repeat research, the doctors have known that the average to large babies do not die when they
clamp the cord off early.
They feel secure to correct the situation, if the child is born in the hospital. Whether or not
the situation is corrected, is the
allowance of risk taking appropriate care and treatment? The risk are known to be internal damages
by blood volume and
pressure deprivation!. Up to 60 percent of blood deprivation has been revealed in research, yet,
the endangering "continued!".
In secret, in most instances.
Is the goal only for the woman to have a living baby or a healthy baby, as was
designed by nature? Many medical persons,
contrary to the belief of adequate training, are inadequately trained on child birth, the reproduction,
hormones and enzymes and
the importance of the transfusion of the placenta blood from the fetus's circulation to the transitional
stage of the neonate's
circulation system, the adult's circulation system. Why not?
When doctors are in a trend to cooperate with their Administration Boards at the hospitals where they work and provide medical services for the consumer of medical arts, by doing early umbilical cord clamping, the child is weakened by not getting all the enzymes that are in the proteins, or plasma of the blood.
We cannot assume there is no damage to the child of delicate enzymes for their
continued well-being and growth. Even to
their later sexual development and emotions and abilities to cope, depend on the balance of the blood
and enzymes and proteins
and hormones.
The following, in red, are some links on the facts of enzymes, and how
long they were known to man, since the early 1800's.
Blood is one of the most important sources to find enzymes and in the tissues of all organs, like the
placenta. It is not for mere
cosmetic removal of the placenta that babies were routinely detached from the placenta at organized
medical birth centers, the
hospitals, there was practical reasons. Getting tissue, organs and blood for experiments.
The last three and four generations of women, since about the 1920's, in Western
Society, the women were controlled to birth
in institutions. They were also controlled by trends of society not to ask questions of their
doctors. Many feared to question the
doctor who could turn on them and harm them using crafts of their art of medicine, and they would not
be customarily investigated
of a crime.
Women were routinely lied to and important information not given to them so
they could make informed decisions and keep
control of their body, position of birth, to know drugs taken during labor are harmful and cross the
placenta, the same was as
street drugs and alcohol all do, and the caffeines, even the aspirins.......all food and air cross the
placenta, so we had to have this
information of what was beneficial and what was harmful to us, when pregnant, and until the birth of
the child. We, for the most
part, only looked for a living child with physical appearances "normal." We were never
educated to include the internal care and
treatment of the woman and the child, during labor, and after birth. It was during labor and after
the birth of the child as to the
treatment of both the mother and the child, by the management and care of the umbilical cord, that damage
was done by the
drugs and early umbilical cord clamping, to specifically, the child.
Doctors assumed and the Administration Boards, the doctor controlled his / her
patient, and made the controlling decision on
the quality of life of the child, by the timing of the clamping off the circulation of the child's lifeline,
the hopeline. Early clamping
resulted in the child being deprived from 20 to 50 percent total blood volume. While other pages of
this web site, state what that
amount of blood is, I repeat it many times. This amount of blood represents 4 to 6 ounces of a
9 -pound baby, that only makes a
total blood volume in a 40 week gestation period, 10 ounces of blood when born. That is 300 ml. To take half has weakened a
child and anemia must be specifically tested for. It is done by a simple prick of the finger.
Harm of taking many samples of the
child's blood can further weaken the child, who is anemic.
External appearances of internal damage going on to the baby are jaudice. Many
nurses are not educated, and it seems the
doctors too, that iron does not leave the body when the red cell dies. A healthy red cell, does
not die until its normal life is over,
120 days. When the child has been deprived the full volume of red cells by early clamping,
the child is under distress, to even
release premature growth of red cells, that will not function as mature cells, nor have the same life
expectancy. The child will have
excess of iron in the blood, and be low blood volumed. The medical persons are assuming the child
is not anemic, thinking
jaudice is an indication of too many red cells. Not always true. It can be a combined condition
of low blood volume and pressure
and resulting in anemia of essential vitamins.
Where did the essential nutrients go? Well, if burned that would be a
surprise to confirm. Blood and tissue, to the medical
persons and their labs, which are private and can give shares to key government officials, when they
know stem cell blood would
be taken from the key source of supply, would excuse to the medical professionals, the allowance of
harvesting all babies born in
controlled institutions, giving fear to women to birth elsewhere. Birth is meant to be natural,
no drugs, the woman allowing her
own body to produce enzymes and hormones, and the child's to work with the mothers or receive the same
into his/her body, to
control the birth, so neither suffer, more discomfort, then nature intended.
If the woman is distress in unnatural child birth and controlled positions,
such as flat on her back and semi-sitting positions,
known, since 1913, the child is further distressed and the mother too. Drugs complicate the disorder
to both mother and child.
Cutting of her body, called an episiotomy risks the mother and child to staph infections, and nicking
of the child, and instruments
to pull the child from the womb, also endangering, and vacuums. All this approved by the medical
professions, and not the choice
of natural birth, no assisted births, permitted, as choice and with a waiver, to the medical institutions
and medical persons. If the
medical institutions were so concerned of women having a healthy baby, not just a living baby to nurture,
freedom in child birth
would be to the educated woman, on such matters.
Education was false in most library books, in science and medicine on the reproduction
system. There is not good
explanation for misguidance of information in the birth of babies, and many midwives participated with
going along and getting
along with false positions, and the use of drugs, and doing mini-operations, the episiotomies and breaking
of the water on
unsuspecting women, and also doing hasty clamping. We need a revolution of natural child birth,
hands off births, for the choice
of all women, willing to become educated and control their birth situation, in home births or in hospital
environments, being their
choice.
What is consistent of the attitude towards the women, in general, in particular,
the birthing mother, was she was deemed
"crazy" or "sick" if she became concerned of the intentions of the doctor or midwife,
and asked questions. This is a label the
males give women in distress, such as pregnancy, and they have taught others to take control over the
pregnant women, not the
lady in control. They have taught bad attitudes to medics, ambulance aids, practical nurses and
aids, to registered nurses, and
the registered-nurse-midwives, to think so too. All medical persons are told to control the situation
and not allow, in most
instances, the natural birth of the mother, and her freedoms to birth as she wanted. They are not advocating
or going for signed
birth plans, detailing their intentions or when they will clamp a pulsating cord, and why, and the mother's
right to say no by
informed choice, well in advance of that decision to be sprung on the child. The mother not able
to stop the clamping hand. The
safest birth is the simplest, natural birth.
INTERVENTIONS THAT CAN CAUSE UPSET TO DELICATE ENZYMES, EVEN DESTROY THEM AND NATURAL
BACTERIA IN THE BLOOD:
Interventions during labor do cause other interventions to bring on the birth at the time and convenience of any medical person or institution, by using drugs, gels, or creams, most frequently used are Oxtyocin, Pitocin, Syntocinon, Toesen, and this synthetic drugs with questionable trace elements and preservatives in them, perhaps, even Mercury, cause heart contractions problems to the mother. They are used to cause stronger labor contractions to terminate the pregnancy. Other drugs are used to delay labor.
These drugs have taken the place of the visual tying the legs of the mother
together, or placing a hand or pillow to prevent a
birth, for the doctor to arrive, are morphines. To stop the birth of the child unnaturally is harmful
to both the mother and the child.
The use of drugs to delay are routinely used in most hospitals. They are said to be used to give
a painless birth. Morphines are
used in combination of Oxytocins.
This morphine, or form of it, then fools the brain of the birthing mother, she
is being treated with disrespect, like a "dumb
bitch", an implied attitude of the sex of the woman, used by both male and females involved in
medical work. I generally use the
term, "Dumb Bunny" which most of us women have been or treated, for the last three and four
generations, those of us, who
became mothers.
The woman, under the influence of a drug, is not aware of too severe contractions,
particularly, if this is her first birth. The
child is being suffocated, and may not always show signs of distress, so the medical professions are
prepared to excuse their
use of drugs without telling the mother all the risks involved to herself and the child. The child
if the labor are hard, and long, and
close together, and quicker, means the child's brain is not getting oxygenated blood through the placenta. The baby will be
distressed at birth, and need revival.
The medical persons will not put on the child's own medical charts the
list of drugs and combinations of them on the child's
medical charts; the mother will not know of her legal rights to get the billing of all drugs used. Drugs
are not given free in
hospitals, they must be billed for and are by codes. All this information is the legal right of
the mother to have, photocopies.
All tests, Ph tests and Rh tests and blood types, anemia tests, and Apgar
scores are for the mother to have a copy. No
hospital can refuse billing information to her care or the child's, and the drugs billed for, and all
information of the lots used.
Most hospitals intend to give the "last" Apgar test score and register
that on the child's birth registration form and other
information the mother is not aware of. When IQ tests are taken in the schools they can likely
be associated with the concealed
first test score, that ought not have been destroyed from the hospital records. If the statements
of the child's birth, or difficulty of
labor are not recorded on the mother's or the child's own medical charts, the mother has a legal right
to put her own comments
right on top of the report that did not give adequate or complete information. Such complete information
is the duty of all nurses
and doctors and those that attended the birth, to have filed an independent report, not biased or protective
of the proceedings of
the care and treatment.
What is consistent missing is the timing of the clamping of the cord when clamped. The cord, in most trends of today, would
be clamped within seconds of the child's birth, and would have been firm, red and pulsating. One
in sixteen babies are having to
be revived for this factor, straying from waiting until all pulsation has ceased. That can actually
take as long as 14 to 20 minutes.
So we must question all medical persons who clamped the cord, for whatever reason(s), immediately or
within a minute of birth.
It is not allowing for natural transfusion from the placenta to the expanding lungs. The blood
is now to flow through them, to
prepare them with oxygen exchange and to drop off carbon dioxide. The blood did that in the fetal
circulation (see,
www.lotusbirth.com/doc/FEB2003Lotusbirth-435.htm).
The neonate/adult circulation takes over and both systems may be in dual harmony,
and will remain so, even with the placenta
born, expelled. The expulsion of the placenta may take 5 minutes or over a half hour. So
doctors attempt to reduce the third
stage of labor, by use of Oyxtocin. It is not healthy for the mother or the child, and when done
without informed consent of the
risks to the mother and the child to do early clamping...a risk to both, it is, in my opinion, medical
assault and battery. No medical
person can impose unnecessary risk taking to the child or the mother. The mother is risked
to the full placenta bursting, mixing
her different blood type from the baby's. The baby is risked to a gush of forced blood into the
vein, causing damage to valves in
the veins or in the heart. The baby is risk to deprivation of the enzymes, and other elements
in the blood, and components,
consisting of: proteins, hormones, enzymes, white, cells, red cells, stem cells, platelets, and plasma...all
essential to the future
development of the child, growth, emotions, abilities, allergies, and so forth, as to what is missing
and/or damaged or mutated by
lack of quantity and quality.

these reactions would occur too slowly or not at all, and no life would be possible."

(NOTE by Donna Young: Rat poison is used in placenta blood to keep it
from clotting). Then the stem cells are being
extracted, many parents paying for early cord clamping and storing their baby's placenta blood, but
not the whole blood, only
stem cells, a portion of the blood. They do not know where the other proponents of blood when,
the substances, natural
chemicals, such as the enzymes go. It is not likely the stem cell blood banks destroy such important
substances of blood but sell
it, after extraction, there extraction costs already paid and the storage costs by the uninformed parents.
Where placentas have remained with the hospital, without informed consent the placentas are sold, the Administration Boards have allowed the collection of the blood for selling and the placenta sold, and did not have informed consent from the legal guardians of the parents. They concealed specifically how the placenta and the blood trapped in them were discarded.
A Discarded collection of blood or of any tissue or organ, can mean many things,
including burning, or harvesting. Harvesting
of a persons' property, the infant that cannot protect himself is a violation of fiduciary trust. Where
the placenta blood was
trapped wrongfully by immediate and early cord clamping without justified cause or benefit to the child,
criminal assault and
battery are the right of the parents to take.
The legal guardian of the child, in most instances of child birth, did not or
could not have given informed consent to endanger
their babies. Only two reasons justify clamping off a functioning organ, that was and would have
continued to transfuse blood
from the placenta to the owner/infant, these are: (1) cord tore and (2) for placenta previa.
(HEREDITY DISEASES. (Note by Donna: Heredity may mean a predisposition
to a condition if other factors become
present or continue. Prevention of avoidance of some chemicals in the air, pollution in the water
and soil may prevent the
predisposition from happening. Many doctors often put the blame on heredity disorders and they
avoid investigation of
iatrogenic caused disorders to a person, starting a birth. The research done by W. Windle in 1968,
indicated disorders to
children by their mothers being drugged during labor and the infant immediate cord clamped.
The disorder would be a Time Bomb, pages 48-50, of the book, written by an educator, Joseph Chilton Pearce. Most common disorders would be brain lesions, noted and observed in animals and human babies autopsied after death. The brain lesions remained in the surviving infants, animal and humans. Learning and delayed learning disorders were noted, as well, when man caused an intervention of nature. Active Management, in my opinion, is most harmful to the majority of births. While we look at beautiful persons, millions, on the inside are damaged, requiring expensive medications and medical services, if they are to function, at all. Their life time is shortened having more distress disorders then what others have had if they had a natural birth, no drugs, and the mother was in control and not disturbed against her consent).
"Heredity diseases may occur in persons born without certain enzymes. These diseases include goiter, gout, and such brain-damaging diseases as galactosemia and phenylketonuria (PKU)."

treat the conditions with diet and drugs to prevent

Prairie persons who do not eat a lot of ocean fish, may
develop goiter, it is a diet deficiency, and short stocky necks often disappear with this added diet
deficiency.

have crystallized the first virus. The three men shared the 1946 Nobel prize in chemistry.
Note: William Graham Sumner, (1840-1910) was a noted American sociologist and economist
in the late 180-0's. His ideas
about society reflected biologist Charles Darwin's findings about evolution. Sumner believed the
phrase "survival of the fittest"
applied to people in society as well as to animals in nature. He believed that hard worm results
in wealth, and that poverty is the
result of bad habits and laziness. He argued that reformers who tried to change society or to
aid the poor were dangerous. This
philosophy became known as social Darwinism. See Social Darwinism. Sumner was born in Paterson,
N.J. He taught at Yale
University. His major book, Folkways (1907), was a study of society.
Donna's Comments: I do not know if William Graham Sumner and James B Sumner were related,
but the science can be
used for good or evil, how we apply our knowledge to the good or the harm of others. What William
G. Sumner referred that if a
person cannot succeed, it is all their own fault. Well, if survival of the fittest is to impair
and compromise some babies, at birth, by
deprivation of what is legal theirs and the legal right to have, unless a court rules otherwise, many
babies were weakened
wrongfully by the timing of the clamping of the cord. This was a secret art of the medical practices,
debated, again, secretly, and
known by the professionals all this time. They had to tie in false teaching in most biology text
books, for the public to remain
unaware. They had to tie in the teaching of the ambulance medics to be consistent of the trends and
training of the doctors to do
hasty clamping and take the prized and wanted placenta back to the hospital.
Even the poorly trained medic, not a surgeon, could skillfully use a clamping
and cutting tool, supplied in his kit, and place the
placenta in an environmental bag, not considered the possession of the hospital, whom the medic contracted
to work for, an
agent, on call, of emergency births, often accompanied by a doctor, too. One or the other would
clamp the pulsating cord,
directed to do so. Neither would report the death of the child, when they could not revive the
child on oxygen alone. Did such a
death occur, that I am aware of. Yes, on October 8, 2000, in Dawson Creek, British Columbia. The
coroner did not do a proper
investigation. There are two coroners. It is unknown if further investigation took place.

of the directives, or then knew how to obtain blood, and not be questioned, and weaken a child, or even
kill a child, all by the
timing of the clamping of the cord?

They are never satisfied. Millionaires become Billionaires. It is their game in life. We
are their business, in most instances. That
