Cord Stem Cell Blood Collection --is the Motive for the Hasty Umbilical Cord Clamping a trillion dollar medical business?

It is becoming more and more evident the trend for hasty umbilical cord clamping (30-second or less) and endangering the baby is related to selling the placenta blood to cord stem cell blood banks. This motive then is political and with interests of financial gain in the medical services and in the research grants in stem cell experiments. by Donna Young  (Revised, March 3, 2004).

There is no embarrassment that the babies are being sacrificed and not protected.

One lady, Marie, who has a spiritual faith, said the mothers allowing this or those women advocating the blood sacrifice tolerance from placenta blood deprivation was akin to the Jezebels, (842 bc) who worshipped the Lord of the Underworld, and  sacrificed children.   Quotation below.

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), Policy Statement, 1999 was very clear that the practice of immediate cord clamping aggressively and willfully done to increase the volume of cord blood to be harvested was "unethical."  

That is not all, just unethical, a mere rap on the fingers, a fine, maybe within their own group.  But in Federal law, it is a criminal assault and battery.  It may be homicide or first degree murder  if the infant, the neonate dies.  The child sacrificed for his / her stem cell blood, the evidence destroyed, is an obstruction of justice, the deeds involved are crimes against the child.  

Without adequate training to the future mothers and fathers to be, it may be true what we have here is the reverting to the heathen worship of Baal, Lord and Master of the Underworld.  This worship was brought in by Queen Jezebel and it weakened the strength of the Hebrews back about 842 bc:

Marie contributes this scripture, that all are of worth:

"Do not sparrows sell for a coin of small value? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground without your father's (knowledge ). 30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered.31 Therefore have no fear: you are worth more than many sparrows."

Failure of Coroners, who are not medical doctors, to investigate deaths, if a medical person was in attendance:

    I have known that the Coroners, today, at least, in BC, Canada, are apparently biased, towards investigating the deaths of babies.  They are failing to investigate and show respect to the newborn citizen, as though they do not count as to their care and equal protection, nor for their security of person.  What they did not do was investigate how much blood was drained from the placenta and what remained in the child.  

    Generally, there is cooperation between the Coroner and the medical persons, and perhaps with Crown Counsel, in Canada. I am referring of one such concern.  It involved an ambulance medic and a doctor,a  female. The parents were unconcerned. In another case, in Ontario, the placenta blood went missing after a child was compromised by immediate cord clamping. Involved were the registered-nurses who were not saying too much either, as to where the placenta blood went; nor did the parents know to inquire.  Why is that?

It has been shown that the timing of umbilical cord clamping has an important effect on the neonatal blood volume and the subsequent hematologic status. If cord clamping is done too soon after birth, the infant may be deprived of a placental blood transfusion, resulting in lower blood volume and increased risk for anemia in later life. Immediate cord clamping will, of course, increase the volume of placental blood for harvesting for cord blood banking. There may be a temptation to practice immediate cord clamping aggressively to increase the volume of cord blood that can be harvested for cord blood banking. This practice is unethical and should be discouraged.

Thoughts of Donna:

At the above AAP link, you will find the AAP were more concerned not to stop endangering to the child, to even life itself, but if the aggressive hasty cord clamping continued, and even with the known anemia caused in the children, as result of blood deprivation, the blood should not be stored in a private blood bank for the infant/owner's personal needs, anytime, from the present to 30 years later.  But, the parents were to donate their baby's deprived and sacrificed blood to be immediately use in public cord stem cell blood banks.  

Whether the blood is burned or stored, the child has been violated and weakened. Any number of internal disorders may be latent from that risk taking.

Where there was stoppage of the circulation of oxygenated blood to one cell, the damage will be like the roll of the dice, the latent injury could show up anywhere, at any time, a time bomb.  (Read pages 48-50, The Magical Child, Joseph Chilton Pearce, written in the 1970's, on research done in the 1960's.  Concerns were also known that hasty clamping was going on in the UK in the 1950's, report by Dr. Mavis Gunther, 1957.  There was stem cell blood experimentations going on back in 1939. Whose Blood is Being Sacrificed?:

"In the first half of 1998 when the cord blood bank at the SCH had only 1000 donations, there were five searches. In the second six months, 28 searches were done. The number of searches increased to 37 in the first six months of 1999, and in July alone there were 11 searches. Six cord blood units have been sent for transplant with another three reserved.  

This experience shows that Australian cord blood services are recognised internationally. If future funding permits the numbers of donations to grow, the bank will increasingly be able to meet the needs of Australian children. As yet, only one cord blood transplant has been undertaken in Australia using a locally source donation.

The cost of obtaining a unit of cord blood from an overseas bank exceeds $30,000.

Theft of the Baby's Placenta Blood and Invasion of Privacy of Genetic Code, the DNA, contained in the Placenta Tissues:  

P 98, "After the placenta is delivered, the doctor will examine it to make sure it is intact. It is then discarded or sold to companies for use in research or beauty products." This harvesting of the placenta, by 2003, was including the harvesting of the placenta blood which can only be done by unethical immediate and early cord clamping, to Quote:

The donator, the parents and/or the government's agents, were not donating of their "own" blood but of the baby's own blood. Some would receive financial reward for the collection of the blood sample (s). Units of blood would range from 20 ccs to 200 and 250 ccs.

Whose blood are we talking about? If you are an adult 17 years or older, over 110 pounds, finished growing, and known to be in good health, by all means donate your own stem cells.  They are found in all your cells and blood cells, and in your bone marrow. But hands off, please, the helpless child.  The child does not fit the legal description to be able to give informed consent.

The baby is not able by age and mental and physical disadvantage to protect himself, herself.  The duty is protected by law for the children not to be exploited and harvested for their blood.  Harvesting of babies is not legal if this matter must be taken to an Honourable Court.  It is assault and battery.  And, if the child dies, it is murder, likely, first degree, and not just homicide, or manslaughter.  Think about it, please.

"I was trying to think of a good book that has a lot of information for you to read, and I remembered that "The Thinking Woman's Guide to a Better Birth" by Henci Goer has A LOT of information.  She admits she's a bit biased (everyone is though), but she was very smart and put lots of studies in the back of the book.  They are valid studies.  She covers all choices you can make on birth (hospital, birthcenter, homebirth, doctor, midwife, and also lots of other choices you make such as electronic fetal monitoring, breaking your water early, induced births, etc....).  I really suggest that book to you because it has a lot of information backed with studies that I think you would really like.

Keep asking questions, it's definitely a good thing to do."

Should there be a Class Action?  Maybe, it should be an International Class Action?  If so, against whom?  Who is allowing this on our babies?  What seems apparent, so far is . . . Every major Nation, including the World Health Organization, that's who. Every politician, at State, Federal, Provincial, and Territorial levels, that's who.  Every lawyer, so far contacted, that's who.  Every major news media, that's who? Every policeman and woman, so far contacted, that's who.  

We seem to be in shock and paralyzed by the organization of large corporations who have controlled the training, the ethics and the morality of the medical professionals, and through first the Biology textbooks.  Then false policies swept through every hospital board, and training board of the medical persons, from doulas, to the surgeon.  

The take over seems, world wide, associated in harvesting our human babies, and without legal protest, so far, to have this stopped.  What are the vets doing to the animals?  They would show evidence of weakness, because they would not be able to stand or walk to nurse.  Not so human babies, they just lie there weak, many too weak to nurse.  The neonate, the newborn citizen, they don't roll over or anything, so who knows if they are sick, unless we notice jaundice, and anemia is tested for. Otherwise, these endangered babies have difficulties, that are latent in discovery, long after the parents took home a blood deprived infant.  The nurses were silent, the medical doctor ruling supreme.

How did we become so deceived that all religions have not raised a protest on blood harvesting and sacrificing of our babies? So do we allow this to continue?

How is it we have allowed the medical persons to do this to our babies?  Is there no shame?  What happened to the oaths, do no harm?

What happened to equal protection and security of person regardless of age, sex, color, race, social/marital status, faith, or mental or physical disadvantage.  

What happened to God's design to allow equal opportunity for each child to be born equal, a blue ribbon baby?
