Newfoundland challenging human rights decision on autistic kids

ST. JOHN'S - Newfoundland and Labrador has gone to court to overturn a provincial Human Rights Commission
ruling requiring
the government to provide timely treatment to autistic children.
Advocates for the children are angry at the move because "they are appealing a decision that would
provide health care to a sick
child on a timely basis," said Joyce Churchill, president of the provincial Autistic Society.
The government, which recently put $2 million into autistic services, said it began the appeal because
the "waitlist," the list of
children awaiting treatment, is not discriminatory as the commission found.
Commission adjudicator Valerie Marshall on Dec. 20 ordered the government to eliminate the waiting list
for a treatment for
autistic children called Applied Behavioural Analysis.
She concluded the waiting list was a problem because early intervention is critical, and delaying treatment
can worsen the
outcome.

Probable association with Autistic children:
1. toxic parents (both male and female) at the time of conception. They may live in agricultural
areas that do high spraying of
chemicals at the time of conception, or during any time of the 9-month gestation. Or, the parents
may put chemical substances
into their bodies, self-willing, marijuana, cigaret smoke, caffeine, aspirins and the like nature.
2. Drugs used during labor, all drugs cross the placenta, just because it is given by a medical person,
does not make it safe,
even during delivery. it simply means no external harm is evident, but the brain and internal
organs are damaged. Drugs to be
aware of and commonly used are the oxytocins drugs, that goes under a variety of means of application
and injection and a
variety of manufacturers' name, such as Toesen, Pitocin.
3. Harmful positions of birth, like flat on the back and semi-sitting. Preferred are
any forward sitting position, sideways birth or
any gravity position the mother is most comfortable to birth her baby. Warm Water births allows
the mother to have the most
control and to be the most relaxed.
4. Early umbilical cord clamping, depriving the child from 20 to 50 percent of total blood supply,
depriving the child of iron
reserves, white cells, red cells, stem cells, platelets, plasma, and many other vitamins and minerals
essential for immediate
growth and sexual development.
5. Vaccinations that have contained mercury and aluminum and other trace elements and toxic preservatives,
given when the
child was still anemic after early umbilical cord clamping.
Clamping of the cord and cutting it need not be done at all: Pioneers prior to 1923, many
of them were wise, and did not do
drugs during labor, and when the placenta was expelled, they put it in a diaper. The child got
full blood transfusion from the
placenta to the lungs, the child did not have interruption of the circulation system. These were
blue ribbon babies, many still living
if they were born prior to 1923.
