    With the increase of medical costs to handle sick and compromised children, now in the multi-millions and could reach into the billions, I would think it wise for an Order in Council to require a Commission Inquiry for an Investigation on the Care of the Pregnant Mother and the Treatment of the Newborn Citizen.  Such matters can be initiated by either the Provincial or Federal Governments.

  • This would be an investigation on the current training and teaching of all medical persons for the mother's care and the child's birth process.  The best practice possible are associated with no drugs during the birth using warm water births to help relax the mother, followed with no rushed rituals in handling the baby, and leaving the baby on the umbilical cord and waiting, patiently, for the placenta to be birthed, and no clamping or cutting of the cord.  

  • This is was the custom of the pioneers prior to institutionalized births. The hospital births were directed for time efficiency and convenience of the staff and doctor.  Most women believed they were birthing in a hospital for their safety and good of the child, not a business venture of the medical professionals.  

  • Wrongful training of the medical persons are likely the cause of internal injury to both mother and child. The best treatment for sickness, always, is prevention.

  • The parents are beginning to fight back for the care of their compromised children.  Many parents have two or more impaired children, resulting in internal damages, sometimes physical by the process of "active management" rather than natural birth.

  • An autistic child costs on the average for total care per child is estimated over $4 million.  

  • Ontario is seeking damages in class actions in a $500 Million suit for autistic children.  

  • The British Columbia government have settled for $60,000 per child, per annual costs.  The story is below.  

  • Please see, below, the probable cause of damaged and impaired children as to wrongful birth procedure policies and these are failed to be investigated at all Child Development Centers and all Children's Hospitals.  Why is that?


1.  Drugs given the pregnant mother during labor to slow labor down, morphines; then to speed labor up a variety of Oxytocins/Pitocin are given, by various means:  drip, injections, mouth, cervic, other . . .


1.1  Drugs impair the blood's ability to carry oxygen.  Cells will suffocate, quickly.  


1.2  Any jells or creams (Cervadil) used on the mother's membranes, often stripped, will absorb into the mother's blood stream, thus the child's.


2.  Birth Positions, can be harmful.  These are the flat on the back and semi-sitting birth positions.

 

  • The best positions are the side-ways birth, forward sitting or ANY gravity position births, the choice of position being the mother's, who must not be controlled by some power-playing medical person.  

  • Most medical persons are intending to do a routine episiotomy on the mother if she is flat on her back or in a semi-sitting birth position. She is most vulnerable to the medical person(s) interrupting natural birth process.   

  • Mothers must avoid any cutting of her body, as it endangers her to infections as well as to the child.  

  • Man-made-cuts in a pregnant woman, or inserting of needles are NOT natural births, to the mother or the child.  They risk both infections.  

    • Therefore, mothers, today, are best protected if they birth their baby in nice warm and clean water.  Warm water and proper birth positions wisely take away the need for drugs for labor discomfort.  

    • Drugs are not safe for any pregnant women, at any time.  Nor taking the newborn's blood sample from his pulsating umbilical vein, or by pricking the baby's skin.

    2.1  Most adequately trained chiropractors are aware of the harmful birth positions now imposed on the pregnant women to birth her child.


 (Check out on the Internet for Dr. Todd Gastaldo's concerns.  He makes 'no bones' about that issue of flat on the back or semi-sitting birth positions causing harmful and hurtful births.  He would prefer to resign his membership in the organization of chiropractors then remain silent on this medical malpractice issue.  He has done so.  Some sacrifices are necessary in the best interest of the general public to be able to freely speak a true message concealed my some top dogs.  Why?


    2.2  The flat on the back position and semi-sitting prevent the best flow of oxygen to the child, and keep the birth canal closed by as much as 30 percent, causing the child to have difficulties passing through the birth canal.

    • A drugged women is more likely to have a mal-positioned baby, therefore, longer and harder labor.  Her being flat on her back is not going to help the situation.   Water births:  Buoyancy of the water will be most beneficial to a mispositioned child, and may relax and help the child turn.  The fear of mothers taking drugs during labor is causing trauma in the child to turn repeatedly wrapping the cord around his neck.  Babies can have allergic reactions to drugs and there is then no safe administration of any drug to a pregnant lady.


    2.3  It is a fact of science that "more" blood from the placenta flows into the baby's lungs in gravity positions, too, during birth.

    • Review Policy #79, December 1998, SOGC.  Also Policy #89, May 2000 where they directed immediate cord clamping.


3.  Early cord clamping methods are depriving the child of nutrients, of enzymes, hormones, oxygenated blood, iron, vitamins and minerals, white cells, to fight infections, red cells, to carry oxygen to the blood.  If the child is anemic there is not enough iron to carry the oxygen to all cells, and they suffocate.  

  • The existing cells in the baby's body are damaged, die prematurely, and produce jaundice.  

  • There is caused an unnatural overload on the baby's liver, spleen, and kidneys, no doubt.  

  • Why would an unnatural deprivation of 60 percent of the child's total blood volume be the cure?  That is going back to blood letting of the unskilled doctors and nurses, and midwives, in the early 1800's

  • That is not progressive medicine for treatment of conditions feared.  Early cord clamping is blood letting and it is being done without informed consent of safer alternatives to any feared condition.   The problems are avoidable if the mother is not drugged during labor.  The c-section births, rising to 25 percent, when most needs are true emergency of 5 percent, are not healthy alternatives to natural births.  


4.  Infections in the cord, by clamping the cord and cutting the cord in the hospital, are unnecessary when this procedure is only a cosmetic procedure, unless the cord tore and for the cause of placenta previa.  


    4.1 Both these emergencies need of clamping the cord must be investigated for medical mall practice.  

  • Did the medical person drop the child?  Did the surgeon not anticipate placenta previa and sliced through the child's cord? Whatever the reason, a timely remedy of correction of deprived oxygenated blood would be required if the child is to live, and live unimpaired.  

    •  (Please see, Chow-case-law, Ontario Canada, at this website:   www.123-baby-birth.com    Please read in-between-the-lines, how did the baby's placenta blood just disappear after immediately clamping of the cord, at birth, for a tight cord.  

    • This hasty clamping on the pulsating cord was done instead of two fingers placed between the cord and the neck?  

    • A Criminal investigation of all who were involved, including the nurses and the Administration policy for discarding placenta blood, was not done, following some 8 million dollar settlement.  The child lives, blind, mute and paralyzed. This trauma to the child is a likely result of lack of volume and pressure of blood not quickly remedied after clamping off oxygenated blood flow.

  • 5.  Early vaccinations too soon for an already compromised child, brain celled damage by drugs and early cord clamping. The message is for the legal guardians of the child to take control to request no pricking of the newborn baby's skin for any reason, to take out blood or put something in the child's system.   It is wise not to allow a rushed decision.

  • Most vaccinations are unsafe as to unknown ingredients in them or trace elements of toxic preservatives, like Mercury or Aluminum.

  • The governments and the Federal Health Canada agents have been permitting the drug company's ingredients to be allowed by the various drug companies who have withheld information on the ingredients and to be specific which lots of their drugs contain harmful substances.  

  • Some companies making various lots with toxins in them, but not all of their products were made with them.  They did know better.

  • Drug companies show no mercy as to failing to provide risk-taking to their products.  They can pick on babies, who cannot protect themselves.  Most drug companies have not been held criminally accountable, as yet, for the questionable toxins they have preserved vaccinations with.  In the United States, the Constitution was weakened when the government excused the drug companies from being accountable and responsible.  

    • Again, the drug companies did not use questionable toxins for all vaccinations, or in all lots.  

    • Therefore, not everyone got the same reaction.   

    • Warnings may have read, "This product "may" contain . . .  So was there a choice and an alternative?

    • Yes.  The parent's right to say "No" to any injections into a child's body.  The child cannot make informed choices and trusts in the duty of all adults, including the medical persons offering the vaccination, to investigate the safety of all products and procedures.


  6.  Holes in the heart are linked to early cord clamping.  

  • When the hole in the heart is apparent, operations do not have to be the same day, or done at all.  

  • Wise doctors wait until the child is much older.   

  • Prevention:  If proper volume and pressure of blood are allowed during and after birth by transfusion of blood from the placenta, most holes in the heart are not likely to happen.  Some adults are not even aware they have been living with a hole in their heart.

    • The foramen oval apparently has a flap that seals shut; and cells cover up the ductus arteriosus.  This natural care of these window by-passes of the lungs to the child's brain that needs the first quality of oxygenized blood in the child's body, until the baby supplies this on his/her own, happens best if there is no interference of the transfusion volume of blood and pressure from the placenta to the child.  No interruption of the child's circulation system to cause him/her trauma.  

      • Most doctors know this care or ought to have known and been adequately trained and nurses too and all medical persons involved in a child's birth process.

  • Few heart problems are genetically caused, if the truth be known.  Many heart problems are more likely caused by irritations to cells which can caused by drugs, gases, and our chemically filled Planet Earth.  Pollution of this nature can be controlled, as is necessary.

  • All the above are preventable but probable common causes and factors for compromised children.  

  • Many of the victimized children are now adults living with bleak futures.  The most serious disabilities are being compensated, but many live with similar disadvantages but are employable.  They found learning distressful, some today not reading at all, many have problems doing math, others have internal injuries to organs and have "never" known good health.  To look at any of them you would think they are perfectly healthy, but on the inside, they are hurting.


SILENCE OF THE NEWS MEDIAS, WHAT IS CAUSING THAT?

  • THE WARNING OF PROBABLE CAUSE OF THE INCREASE OF DISORDERS IN THE YOUTH HAS NOT AS YET MET FAVOR WITH THE MAJOR NEWS MEDIAS .  ARE THEY CONTROLLED BY CHAINS OF LARGE CORPORATIONS AS TO WHAT THEY WILL INVESTIGATE OR REFUSE TO AIR?   

  •  FORMALLY, THE NEWS MEDIA SUCH AS RADIO AND T.V. AND MAJOR NEWSPAPERS GAVE THE FIRST WARNING TO THE PUBLIC. THEY WERE THE MESSENGER WITH THE MESSAGE.  NOT SO ANY MORE.  INTERNET IS DOING THIS JOB BEST AND BETTER TO INVESTIGATE AND TO INITIATE COMMISSIONS OF INQUIRY.

  • FOR MAJOR NEWS MEDIAS TO BE CONTROLLED IN OUR SOCIETIES BELIEVED TO BE DEMOCRATIC, THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA THAT IS SCARY:  

    • The public is now being best served by those of shared concerns and posting on the Internet.  

    • All informed person are requested to make web pages, particularly, on medical matters.  Name the doctor involved and send a letter to the College of Physicians and Surgeons.  They refuse most inquiries because it cost them $15,000 a day to investigate policies and procedures.  

    • Mothers whose children have experienced harm by any of the above, are requested to write letters to the MLAs and MPs, giving the doctor's name, the nurse's name who witnessed the assault and battery and said nothing and made no reports, and also stating the place of the hospital whose Administration allowed no policy to govern "their" doctor's or midwives' habits of practice, outside of best practice possible least impairing, and informed rejection of drugs, that leads to early clamping.    Give the date of the child's birth.  

    • Criminal allegations of needless endangering to a baby have no time limits.  That is good because it takes a long time to identify medical malpractice where it is easy in hospitals for concealments, cover-ups and some records and organs go missing, and quickly.  What should and can be done, if you suspect medical negligence in the care and treatment of a newborn's lifeline/hopeline:

      • File a report with the police department in  the area where the birth took place.  
      • File a copy with the College of Physicians and Surgeons. Do not expect them to know the criminal code.  
      • The Colleges have believed their traditions for doctors and surgeons to be immune to Rule of Law, so far.  
      • They have believed their own policies are exempt.  
      • See Criminal codes of Canada that alleges otherwise, particularly, Section 180, Common Nuisance.  If medical policies are outside of empirical science and not something an informed or logical person would reasonably do, it is best to let a Judge decide on the issues of penalty.  Our hospitals must be safe for all persons to use and to have confidence in.  The Criminal code also protects the baby in the process of being born.  See the Criminal code, Section 238, this website, List of Contents.
      • There is also manslaughter charges in the Criminal Code, if the child dies.  

    • Civilly, and criminally, by Rule of Law and the Constitution, we must be assured that all persons, regardless of age, have equal protection and security of person.  

    • We must be assured that the governments' institutions are protecting those who cannot protect themselves as to age, physical and mental disadvantages. The duty is for the strong to protect the weak.

  • HOW HAS THIS CHANGE COME ABOUT IN OUR BELIEVED DEMOCRATIC SOCIETIES?   IT IS NOT COMMUNISM, BUT IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE IF GOVERNMENTS CONTROLLED THE NEWS MEDIA AND THE CONTROL IS NOW THROUGH LARGE CORPORATIONS?

    • IS IT POSSIBLE BILLIONAIRES CAN HOLD A GUN TO A POLITICIAN'S HEAD, AND THE HEAD CONTROLS ALL?

  • WHY IS THE SILENCE OF THE NEWS MEDIA ON TRENDS OF MEDICAL TREATMENT THAT IS OUTSIDE  OF EMPIRICAL SCIENCE?

  • WHY IS THE NEWS MEDIA PROMOTING STEM CELL BLOOD TAKEN FROM THE DEPRIVED BABIES BY EARLY CORD CLAMPING?


Message from Donna Young, Mother and Grandmother, independently doing volunteer research for the past four years on child birth.  The CBC story below has the details on an obvious out-of-court settle to autistic children, the Provincial Government of British Columbia taking their fair share of duty to the injured child.  


It is believed Attention Deficit Disorders may be a milder form of Autisim, and any brain dysfunction disorder is likely associated with improper care of the pregnant women, or inadequacy of training of proper nutritive care for a healthy body for both mother and father to set their goals before conception and be informed for a safe birth.  


All parents needs skills of natural child birth to handle an emergency birth, at any time the mother is expecting.   See Emergency Birth for Teenagers, at this website.  The plans should not change in any birth center, in most instances.  


Ninety-five percent of all births are normal and are safe and may be safer in the home with informed well educated parents and others of their choice assisting the mother.  Generally, hands-off is the best approach.  Most wild animals do just fine and most human being females would too, if but properly and factually educated.

Ontario government must help special-needs kids, parents argue

TORONTO - A group of parents in Ontario say the government has an obligation to help take care of their severely disabled children.

Led by Anne Larcade, they were in court Thursday trying to launch a $500-million class-action suit.

A similar issue is before the courts in British Columbia, where parents of autistic children won a case compelling the government to provide a controversial treatment for autistic children that can cost up to $60,000 per child, per year.

'We want services'

The Ontario parents said that the province has denied services that the children are legally entitled to.


Larcade's son, Alexandre, has a neurological disorder that makes it hard for him to speak and move. That puts a tremendous burden on the parents, who want the government to provide services like group homes for the kids and respite care so adults can take a break.


Give up custody, mom told


The care may be available, but sometimes the price – giving up custody of the child – is too high, parents said.


"They just said that, you know, your daughter might get more and better, quicker access to medical care and some of these other supports if you were to give her up," said Laura Devine, who quit her job to take care of her nine-year-old autistic daughter Rachel.


A spokesperson for the Ministry of Social Services said the government spends millions on services for special-needs children, and does not require parents to give up custody.


The court hearing on Thursday is not about the facts of the case, but whether it can proceed as a class-action lawsuit.
