Autism likely caused by immediate and early umbilical cord clamping, Autism Conference, November 2002, Dr. G. M. Morley
Dr. George M. Morley, a retired Obstetrician, and Nicole Simon, RN, PhD, took the time to speak to those interested in illnesses in children at the Autism Conference, November 2002: http://www.cordclamping.com/IMFAR/IMFARpaper.htm Dr. Morley alleges immediate cord clamping is likely the common factor in sick children today. This is of any internal disorder, holes in the heart, CP, MS, learning and behavior problems. Dr. Morley, by medical experience, training, knowledge, and with scientific medical facts of over whelming past research, and on-going, that has been published in reliable medical journals, from many researchers, dating back to 1801. Such information, that includes his own experience and observations, has not been investigated by most Ministries of Health, Food and Drug Industies, and authors of biology textbooks, and science reviews. I ask why not? They are most logical, and only political profiteering on medical interest in shares in research might be the reasons living babies are not having security of protection or equal protection (enforcement) of our Nation's laws today. We are protecting those directing questionable policies and practices today. Why? The medical consumer must be protected. We owe a debt of gratitude for Dr. Morley's sharing his concerns of probable cause of the increase in autism that is associated with hastily umbilical cord clamping.
