These twelve babies died ranging from 1-day old to a couple of years old, when
the heart operations were performed.
Reader, if you want to help with prevention of any internal disorder of babies,
and the increase of holes in the heart and autism
and any internal disorder in children (who will become adults), please sign the petition and encourage

well. The internal disorders are politically caused in bogus health policies used in training
of the medical students. They do not
study primal birth methods and the right of women to have them, the pioneer's birth method now called

Consequently, state-of-the-art is over zealously promoted and the risks of this
technology outside of natural care, along with
Active Management (AM) are linked to one in sixteen babies having minor to major defects, one in sixteen
babies having to be
revived an the cost of educating challenged children. Challenged children promotes higher costs in education
and medical
societies.
Those involved have political motives in profits in higher incomes and the government,
as well, from the increased revenues.
The tax payer, and his/her family are suffering the greater consequences and are getting poorer, they
are having diminished
health and in their pocket books emptied. A grave breach of trust is being done in each community,
where we have power to
control and stop this madness.
Most of the internal damages creating learning and behavior problems (autism)
in our society is medical caused by a method
of maternity care, called, active management. It involves drugging the mother during contraction discomfort,
or to bring it on, and
followed with immediate umbilical cord clamping. This results in holes in the heart, and other disorders,
like autism.

in each community hospital. The
police in each community are not paying any attention. Why not?
The enforcement of the Nation's laws is to each individual, in each community
for security of person. This is not happening on
harmful medical practices that must come before a Judge in each community.
PREVENTION OF HOLES IN THE HEART TO ANY BABY CAN BE ACHIEVED BY A RETURN TO PRIMAL BIRTH METHODS:
Mothers are encouraged to have a birth contract for primal births, now called Lotus Birth. Today, one in four adults have heart problems. The disorders begin at birth with the commonly used active management of the women giving birth in most institutions. The home births attended with the presently trained midwives are no safer, as they are sent into the homes and will find any reason at all bogus in a clinical political written study, to interrupt the infant's circulation system. We need support, Internationally, to help Canada correct or investigate present training of all medical persons who will or intend to be at a mother's birth.

The question is did the parents give informed consent to continue with a open heart operation. How
skilled were the doctors?
One child was operated on the same day of his/her birth. This seems contrary to biology textbook
statements that the holes in the
heart of any kind may take weeks, months to years to normally close. Or, drugs may be used to seal up
the heart. The holes in
the heart are associated with low blood volume and pressure caused by early umbilical cord clamping. How many of these
babies were victims of hasty clamping?
Is the public given factual information on patent foramen ovale (PFO) and patent ductus arteriosus (PDA)? If the parents did not
give informed consent to these serious heart operations, the imposing on the infant may have been a
matter of battery on the
children and manslaughter, or ought to have been so.
To my research at the below websites, there seems to have been no investigation as to the timing of the clamping of the infant's lifeline, the umbilical cord, following the child's birth as to be a contributing factor of patent foramen ovale or patent ductus arteriosus.
It is NOT likely that the investigators, the police, or the medical experts actually knew to include
in the investigation the improper
policies directing early umbilical cord clamping. This is a new trend that has benefits to then
take the infant's deprived blood and
put it into stem cell research. The violation being to the child.
The improper procedures failing to provide security of person and equal protection is a Constitutional
violation to the child, that
yet must come before the courts, at some future date.
The consequences to the unprotected child is to known and documented lack of volume and pressure of blood into the lungs, heart, and brain. There were probabilities the injury was iatrogenic and not inherited conditions to these 12 deaths, that appear inadequately investigated.
